Julía is our patient sunshine. She assists all the women in the process of the production of new designs. She is the keeper of our special little notebook with all the secret recipes of our designs.
Is the master of bag straps. She works on them everywhere because she studies teaching and school administration on the side. Sara also organised a micro-loan group with her friends in her village to help each other pursue dreams that require financial support. She is brilliant.
Rebecca is a mega skilled PR and digital advertising woman who keeps it mega cool and works and plays equally :) She also takes care of our brand both emotionally and operationally, always setting the bar high for our entire team and community.
Mette is an amazingly creative person, who has been with us for years (and years :)). She takes care of our *Tienda's day-to-day operation as well as special events. She is also always working on new designs and cute stuff for you <3
Lety is our newest team member - what a joy to have her on board!!! She works with everything in production, from weaving to making charms.
Is a young multi-talent who does it all. She works with high speed and is doing everything super fast - aaand she is Bernabela’s niece. When she is not working she goes to school.
Mad talent in weaving pieces for our bags. She does everything from producing to sampling. Bonus info: Rosa is Bernabela’s daughter-in-law.
Is amaaazing in weaving. She can weave an entire piece for a flower bag in one day, almost remembers the pattern without the technical drawing. Insanely impressing. She is the sister of Julía and Sara <3

The most hardworking and gentle (and only) guy in our team. Brayan works on our entire range of jewelry and is the most talented for creating embroidery that we include in our bags and caps.
She is on top of sustainability research in fashion and works tirelessly to make the fashion industry a better place to be. She writes our 'In the hot DM pieces'
