What shipping methods do you use?

We pack all your orders in our tiny office in Copenhagen *with lots of amor and stickers :)
We pack orders Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. As soon as your order has dispatched you will receive an automated email from our webshop system. 
Please note that we do not ship out orders on national holidays. Due to this your delivery time may be prolonged. 
International Orders*: DHL Express or GLS

How does studio pick-up work?

If you are located in Copenhagen, you can choose to pick-up your order in our store.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your track & trace information.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Mobile Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. 



What currency do you use?

Our platform does not support other currencies than DKK. Thus, you will be charged in DKK, and your fee will reflect the exchange rate at the point of transaction. You will find an estimated price in currencies DKK, USD, EUR and GBP on all product pages. This provides a rough indication of the final purchase value in your preferred currency.
We encourage everybody to use a currency converter before purchasing.
That will provide an accurate view of the order value.

Will I be charged international bank fees? 

We do not charge any bank fees. Check with your bank to be certain.



Can I cancel my order? 

Of course! After purchase, you can cancel your order within two hours.

I have a question about my order. What should I do?

 Write an email to and we will do our best to help you out! Please provide your order number when contacting us. We are a small team so please allow up to 24 hours for us to get back to you. However we are always super fast and online ready to help you.
