We pack all your orders in our tiny office in Copenhagen *with lots of amor and stickers :)
We pack orders Monday and Thursday. As soon as your order has dispatched you will receive an automated email from our webshop system. 
Please note that we do not ship out orders on national holidays. Due to this your delivery time may be prolonged. (Read more about our Christmas shipping and opening hours during December here :))
International Orders: DHL Express (1-3 days) or Economy (10-13 days)
Domestic Orders (Denmark): GLS Parcel Shop or Home Delivery (2-5 days)

 All orders are insured and shipped with track & trace information.
Your shipping details will be provided via email upon dispatch.
We do our best to use the fastest possible delivery methods
but cannot take responsibility for delays.
 
 
NB! Tax/Import VAT.

Please note that you might have to pay import VAT or tax to receive your order.
Pura Utz does not take the responsibility for import fees - this is entirely out of our hands. 

**For UK customers - please note that due to Brexit you have to pay import VAT duties on your order. 
 
How does studio pick-up work?
 
If you are located in Copenhagen, you can choose to pick-up your order in our store.

Pick-up time: Saturdays from 12 PM to 3 PM during our opening hours (Extended Christmas opening hours every Saturday from 11-16, December 1st - 23rd).
(*Please note that we cannot accommodate any pick up on other days during the week / Vær opmærksom på, at vi desværre ikke kan imødekomme afhentning af ordre på andre dage i ugen)
We are closed on all national holidays.

Domestic Orders : DKK 45 - 65 
International orders: DKK 70 - 140
Pick-up in store: Free
Orders above DKK 1500: Free

How can I track my order?
 
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your track & trace information.
Go to DHL or GLS to track your order.

Where do you ship? 
 
We ship almost WORLDWIDE! <3

 ***NOTE that at the moment we are not shipping to Norway due to customs issues. You can find our Norwegian retailers here.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
 
We accept all major credit cards, Mobile Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna (Domestic) and Shop Pay. 

 

What currency do you use?
 
Our platform does not support other currencies than DKK. Thus, you will be charged in DKK, and your fee will reflect the exchange rate at the point of transaction. You will find an estimated price in currencies DKK, USD, EUR and GBP on all product pages. This provides a rough indication of the final purchase value in your preferred currency.
We encourage everybody to use a currency converter before purchasing.
That will provide an accurate view of the order value.

Will I be charged International bank fees?
 
We do not charge any bank fees. Check with your bank to be certain.

  

Can I cancel my order?
 
Of course! After purchase, you can cancel your order within two hours.
Send an email to loveletters@purautz.com with your order number to be
sure that your transaction is canceled in time.

 Write an email to loveletters@purautz.com and we will do our best to help you out! Please provide your order number when contacting us. We are a small team so please allow up to 24 hours for us to get back to you. However we are always super fast and online ready to help you.
