Pura Utz ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay and most major credit cards. When you have ordered an item from Pura Utz, we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.
All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are incl. VAT.
Pura Utz uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it is not possible to read your information and account information during your transaction.

Do you offer product guarantee, and how long does it last?
All our products are handcrafted in high-quality materials and made to last a lifetime. We make everything with love and want you to feel the same love for our products. The best way to give your Pura Utz products a long and happy life goes through love and care. We offer a standard two year warranty*
*A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/ or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
**We offer a life long warranty on our apple and vegan leather bags.
Pura Utz will cover return costs to the extent that the product has not been damage by client themselves and wish to return for repair - in this case the client must cover shipping costs.
Contact us before returning, as returned items do not always have to be sent directly to us. We do not accept packages sent on COD.

We always strive to repair instead of replacing items and will do what we can to make the best out of your Pura Utz item(s) if your inquiry falls within the product guarantee.

Ornaments on zippers are purely decorative and not covered by the product guarantee.
You should always use the actual zipper runner to open/close your PURA UTZ wallets and bags!
All beads are made of glass and can break if you don’t treat them carefully.
There is no way to repair bead damages - but don’t worry, damages of single beads does not mean that the rest of the product will also break - it’s just that one bead!
Most of our earrings are sold with 1,5 cm 925 gold plated nickel free silver hoops. The hoops are fragile and should be treated responsibly. If you lose a hoop, you can buy a new hoop with your next purchase or find your hoops somewhere else. We do what we can to source the best possible products while offering affordability at the same time. Pura Utz does not assume responsibility for broken hoops and lost products.
What items are covered by your product guarantee?
All items are covered when the issue is a matter of quality.
Remember that we are a small team of very few - but super friendly people (no robots among us, haha) - whose biggest desire is to make you happy.
What do I do if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of your situation, and we will get back to you asap. Include all relevant information, including pictures if possible. Remember to reach out with your order number.
As a small company, we want to keep it personal and don’t believe in excessive production. We want to make products just for you and offer a variety of items that will only be produced when your order is placed.
When you complete a made-to-order purchase, we start producing your item within 24 hours.
You will receive your made-to-order purchase within 4-6 weeks or as soon as your item is ready.
Since made-to-order products are handcrafted especially for you, we cannot provide a return option.
Still, your purchase is inseparable from our regular product guarantee, and you are beyond welcome to reach out to email@example.com regarding quality issues - as always, we will do our best to help you out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Our platform is supported by the
payment system Stripe, so look for Stripe on your bank account.
What currency do you use?
Our platform does not support other currencies than DKK. Thus, you will be charged in DKK, and your fee will reflect the exchange rate at the point of transaction. You will find an estimated price in currencies DKK, USD, EUR and GBP on all product pages. This provides a rough indication of the final purchase value in your preferred currency.
We encourage everybody to use a currency converter before purchasing.
That will provide an accurate view of the order value.
Pura Utz is not responsible for changing exchange rates.
Will I be charged international bank fees?
We do not charge any bank fees. Check with your bank to be certain.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course! After purchase, you can cancel your order within two hours.
