*Elisa is the brilliant structured coordinator of everything in Pura Utz - and also Bernabelas daughter.

She helps to lift the production responsibility (sampling, payments, inventory, dividing work between the women in our team etc etc) all the while creating and sharing the beautiful content you see on our Instagram.

Besides Pura Utz, Elisa studies at the University and is acquiring skills in accounting and business management every Saturday.
