MOTHER'S DAY 2026: REFLECTIONS FROM YULIANNA

MOTHER'S DAY 2026: REFLECTIONS FROM YULIANNA

[El Amor de Mamá]

As a female-led brand, we’ve always been shaped by the women around us. And motherhood, in all its forms, is such a big part of that.

So for this Mother’s Day, we’re turning the spotlight towards our community, sharing a series of personal reflections on motherhood and the women who raised us, shaped us, and continue to inspire us every day.

This ‘El Amor de Mamá’, and first up is, Yulianna Sardar-August.

Sound therapist practitioner, always holding space and bringing people together. But also a daughter to Larisa, and a mother to Valentin herself.

Yuliana is one of those women who carries a quiet strength. Grounded, caring, and deeply connected, the kind of energy that you instantly feel when you meet her.

This is Yuliana’s reflections — on motherhood and flowers.

When you think about motherhood, what comes in mind?

Motherhood is a demanding 24/7 role that is rewarded with pure love and deep, genuine feelings.

What did your mom teach you about love or family?

To be kind and caring, because you never know what might happen tomorrow, and it’s important to be there for each other.

Is there a flower that reminds you of her? Why?

Chamomile. I love chamomile flowers, and my mom and grandma would always give them to me for my birthday.

A special memory of being in nature together?

We used to go to the forest or a nature reserve with other mothers and their children. We would make a bonfire and roast sausages and bread on sticks over the fire. We also collected flowers and leaves, ran and played, listened to music, and simply enjoyed spending time together.
