Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and state taxes. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and vary by country.

All orders are insured and shipped with track & trace information.

We do our best to use the fastest possible delivery methods
but cannot take responsibility for delays.

*United Kingdom: Due to Brexit, we cannot offer shipping with DHL Express and GLS
to customers based in the United Kingdom. Thus, we currently ship the orders as
recommended letters with the National Danish Post Office (PostNord).
