Your Pura Utz pieces are handcrafted to be loved for a long time. And while we do our very best on our end, the lifetime of your amigas also involves you. Consider this your little care toolbox. 🧰

TOOLS FOR LASTING LOVE

The best way to treat your products is with care. Remove your jewelry before getting active, showering or sleeping as you will otherwise risk getting the nylon thread and beads dirty (or potentially break).

With all things we love (even our favorite jeans) tear and wear is a natural part of life, - but care makes the difference. You are the ultimate captain of their fate! We reflected on this a bit for you here.

TOOLS FOR GENTLE CLEANING

Always use a jewelry cloth. Hand wash only if needed - never put them in the washing machine (please don't:)).

Gold plated and silver jewelry should stay away from water. Not because they don’t know how to swim - but because you risk discolor and fading. 

Ornaments on zippers are purely decorative. You should always use the actual zipper runner to open/close your Pura Utz wallets and bags!

REPAIRS

We believe in repairing whenever possible, so that we can make the best out of your Pura Utz item(s). If you experience product damage, you are mega welcome to reach out to loveletters@purautz.com with a description of the issue and your order number. To reduce our footprint, we don't do express shipments, but bring your beloved items with us to Guatemala twice a year.
