In Pura Utz, we love hearing that you want to keep your handmade amigas for a lifetime. In fact, there are few things we want more than to support your love relationship to our designs and help it stay strong and everlasting. The question is how we do it? And the answer involves you! 🤝

Making products that last, stay loved and are kept forever is one of our greatest dreams. But we need your help to turn it into reality. No matter how hard we try, we cannot control the lifespans of our designs beyond the point of transaction. And while we like the idea of having godlike powers to control the destinies of everything Pura Utz we place on the planet, we have to get real and acknowledge our limitations: without magic superpowers it’s simply not possible for us to make lasting designs without you. Hurray for team effort, it’s for real when we say that we need you! 🫶

As many other brands, we’re committed to provide long lasting products that can pass the test of time. We use strong and durable materials that are easy to maintain and age gracefully; we strive for enduring aesthetics that will stay special and make you smile far into the future; we apply high-quality production techniques that make products withstand wear and tear; and we invite you into our slow production processes where things are made by hand to make you feel connected to the artisans in our team and emotionally attached to each and every Pura Utz investment you make. When everything is one-of-a-kind, nothing is replaceable 🍓

Irrespective of all these efforts, we would make an awful mistake by sticking to the false idea that longevity can be achieved in isolation by us alone. We think that the products we make, their material attributes and the values they carry are important. But we also know that our attempts will never equip the products with the long lives we try to prepare them for. Let’s face it: a predestined long and happy life is not a product feature we can attach to our designs 🙂🙃🙂🙃 This is where you enter the picture! Smile, you're on camera!

When the products are yours, you are the ultimate captains of their fates. You are the ones to use them, love them and care for them. You are the ones to invest the necessary time and energy to make your relationship stay meaningful. You are the ones to protect them from danger while giving them a purposeful service life.
