We’re looking for a Sales & PR Manager to help us grow our global network of thoughtful retailers and our e-commerce platform, to amplify the stories behind our handmade designs, and expand our impact. You’ll build and nurture relationships, bring our pieces into beautiful stores around the world, and ensure the story of each piece is closely knitted into every partnership and launch. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our team to honor their craft and bring it to the world — respectfully and beautifully.

We are a small (but mighty) team in our Copenhagen office, but your colleagues extend across time zones, cultures, and a lot of WhatsApp threads between Denmark and Guatemala.

We’re looking for a social butterfly with a big heart — someone who thrives in a structured work environment.

What You’ll Do —

Wholesale

• Lead, grow, and manage our retail partnerships across the globe
• Plan seasonal launches, support buyers, and stay in sync with production
• Work closely with our sales agents

PR and Brand Visibility

• Lead PR efforts that share the real stories behind our products in a down-to-earth, but impactful way

E-commerce

• Manage the Pura Utz webshop (Shopify) with love and attention to detail — tracking online sales, monthly KPIs, and optimizing the customer experience

You Are Someone Who —

• Loves people and knows how to build honest, lasting partnerships
• Has experience in sales, PR, or brand building
• Understands the power of storytelling — and uses it to make an impact
• Feels at home juggling the structure of logistics and production

Your Skills —

• Excel, Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator)
• Languages: Danish, English (Spanish is a bonus, but not required)

Location — Part time from July/August, Copenhagen

We’re looking for a kind, hands-on person to join us part-time at our store and office  in Copenhagen. Someone who loves beautiful things, is super detail-oriented, and can help us keep both our little shop and our online orders running smoothly.

This is a 10-hour-a-week position — a great fit for someone who likes working in a small, creative team and finds joy in the small stuff (like folding tissue paper neatly, writing personal notes and sharing our story with the visitors in our store).

What you’ll be doing —

In store

• Welcoming people into our store and helping them find the perfect piece
• Keeping the space looking lovely, organized and clean
• Assisting with stock and restocking
• Packing wholesale orders 

Online

• Customer care that we care a lot about <3
• Packing and shipping webshop orders with care and attention to detail
• Helping us keep our Shopify store updated with stock and product info
• Making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

You are —

• Friendly and warm — you love giving people a good experience
• Super organized and not afraid of a to-do list
• Comfortable working on your own and taking initiative
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Bonus if you’ve used Shopify or worked in retail before — but not a must

We’re looking for an intern to join us at our HQ in Copenhagen — someone curious, kind, and ready to learn. This internship is for you if you like getting involved in many different things, enjoy structure and creativity, and want to be part of a brand that cares deeply about the people behind the product.

What you might be doing —

(depending a bit on your interests + skills!)

• Assisting with PR, communications & content creation
• Helping with wholesale and retail partner support
• Packing webshop orders (with love)
• Supporting launches and day-to-day operations
• Organizing and updating product info and inventory
• Contributing to marketing ideas and visual planning
• Getting to know the behind-the-scenes of running a brand with purpose

You are —

• Kind, curious and motivated to learn
• Organized and not afraid to take initiative
• A great communicator (in English — Danish and/or Spanish is a plus!)
• Interested in handmade design and storytelling
