E-commerce & Operations Coordinator (15 hours/week)

Posted June 23, 2026 - open for applications

Location — Copenhagen

Start — Mid August

At Pura Utz, we create handcrafted accessories rooted in craftsmanship, thoughtful design and social impact. As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on team member to take ownership of our webshop operations and help keep our Copenhagen office running smoothly.

This is a part-time position of approximately 15 hours per week, based at our office in Copenhagen, with fixed working hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the day.

We are a small team, so we're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking initiative, and helping wherever needed. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in supporting the daily operations of a growing international brand.

This is a highly operational role with significant responsibility for the day-to-day management of our webshop and order flow. The ideal candidate enjoys working with systems, processes and recurring tasks, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and finds satisfaction in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. While the role includes maintaining product content and imagery, it is not a creative, marketing or content-creation position.

Your Responsibilites

  • Managing customer service and responding to customer enquiries
  • Packing and shipping webshop orders
  • Inventory management and stock control
  • Coordinating and placing product orders with our team in Guatemala
  • Creating and maintaining products in Shopify, including editing and optimising product images and visual content for the webshop and other digital channels
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of our Shopify webshop and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date
  • Handle shipping logistics, freight agreements and other commercial initiatives that support sales growth
  • Maintaining the ongoing optimisation of our webshop and customer experience
  • Assisting with various administrative and ad hoc tasks
  • Helping keep our office organised, tidy and welcoming

We imagine that you

  • Are highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Enjoy taking ownership and working independently
  • Enjoy working with structured processes and recurring tasks
  • Take pride in accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
  • Are motivated by ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Have experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
  • Are comfortable communicating with customers in a friendly and professional way
  • Have a basic understanding of shipping, logistics and commercial activities that support online sales
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
  • Have an interest in design, fashion, craftsmanship and purpose-driven brands
  • Have excellent written English skills (Danish is a plus, but not essential)
  • Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator)

What we offer

  • A part-time role with responsibility from day one
  • The opportunity to gain hands-on experience across e-commerce, operations and administration
  • A close-knit and creative team with an international outlook
  • A chance to be part of a growing brand that works directly with artisan communities in Guatemala
  • A beautiful office environment in Copenhagen
  • A varied role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow

This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or someone looking for a meaningful part-time position with varied responsibilities and room to grow.
