We pack all your orders in our office in Copenhagen *with lots of amor and stickers :)

We pack orders Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As soon as your order has dispatched you will receive an automated email from our webshop system. Please note that we do not ship out orders on national holidays. Due to this your delivery time may be prolonged. 

 

DELIVERY TIME

DHL Express (1-3 days) or Economy (10-13 days)

Domestic Orders (Denmark): GLS Parcel Shop or Home Delivery (2-5 days)

Go to DHL or GLS to learn more about the delivery time to your location. All orders are insured and shipped with track & trace. Your shipping details will be provided via email upon dispatch. We do our best to use the fastest possible delivery methods but cannot take responsibility for delays. 

NB! Tax/Import VAT. Please note that you might have to pay import VAT or tax to receive your order. Pura Utz does not take the responsibility for import fees - this is entirely out of our hands. 

How does pick-up work? Our Copenhagen store is open every Monday and Friday from 12-18 and Saturday from 11-15. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. We can't wait to meet you :) *Please note, that we cannot accommodate pick up outside of the opening hours.

 

PRICING

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Orders : DKK 45 - 65 

International orders: DKK 70 - 140 (approx. 10 - 19€) 

Pick-up in store: Free

Orders above DKK 1500: Free

 

RETURNS

While we always hope you are satisfied with your Pura Utz item(s), you may return your order up to 30 days after delivery. *Please note that made-to-order purchases can not be returned.

Since we are a tiny company, customers cover the responsibility and shipping costs for returns.

For Domestic returns (Denmark) please, create your return and get a return label here. You are also welcome to stop by our *Tienda in Copenhagen during opening hours :) For International returns please reach out to us with your return request at loveletters@purautz.com, we will create a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and stick to your package. Once received the cost will be deducted from your refund. *Please allow 2-5 business days for processing.

Domestic Return Cost: 60 DKK (approx. 8€) 

International Return Cost: 140 DKK (approx. 19€) 

If you choose to return your item(s) yourself, we highly encourage you to use an insured, traceable shipping option, so we can track the package. Please provide the tracking number if/when it is available. We only accept packages shipped to our business address listed below. We do not accept packages that are to be picked up at post offices or other pick up locations. If a package is lost due to shipping with another courier of the customers choice, Pura Utz does not assume responsibility for the lost items.
