A huge part of Pura Utz is what we eat and share. In Guatemala there is a word for sharing ‘compartir’; sharing what you have, what you are eating or a special time/moment. And we want to do all of this with you - and that is why we have teamed up with Øens Have to create a super cosy dinner. 

   

Bernabela and Elisa are joining us all the way from Guatemala, and they brought traditional black beans and skilled tortilla hands to let us all in on the craft of tortilla making over open fire. Come and enjoy a beautiful farm-to-table dinner by Øens Have accompanied by Bernabela’s special chilmol (honestly, we would make the trip just for the salsa :))
